Course Information

This 27-hole facility features an original par 72 golf course stretching 6,540 yards from the championship tees that is sure to challenge beginners and accomplished golfers alike. The original 18-hole layout was built in 1976 by golf architect Al Zikorus, the course is situated on picturesque farmland originally inhabited by the Tamtashua Indians and later the Mallet family of Trumbull.

An additional 9-hole layout, designed and supervised by noted golf architect Michael Zikorus (Al’s son), was completed in 2004. The terrain for this new layout presented unique challenges, but the resulting Zikorus design produced a family-friendly gem that will challenge golfers of all skill levels. The media have already given the course many accolades and it continues to grow in popularity with area golfers. More about Tashua Glen.

Your round will be in a classic New England setting with rolling hills and great views. The course features mature trees, original stone walls, a 200 year old Church and cemetery, and just enough water to make things interesting! Deer, turkeys, and other wildlife are frequent visitors, but a specially trained Border Collie helps keep the geese moving along. Depending upon your level of skill, there are as many as seven holes where water may influence your strategy and club selection.

The course also features two putting greens, a chipping green, full practice range, locker facilities for men and women, a full-service pro shop, as well as restaurant and banquet facilities. A major bunker renovation project at the end of the 2013 season adds to an already fantastic facility and a “must play” on your list this season!
