“The Purpose of the Association shall be to further acquaint members with the rules of golf and courtesy on the course, to play according to the rules of U.S.G.A. (United States Golf Association) and to provide social and recreational activities for the members.”
Since we play according to the rules of the U.S.G.A., membership qualifications are based on handicap.
The league welcomes both Trumbull residents and non-residents from the surrounding community. The Nine Hole Ladies play on Thursday mornings on Tashua Knolls Championship Course. Play includes Stroke Play with weekly Tournaments, the Club Championship, and Member/Member Tournament. The weekly play uses handicaps and prizes will be awarded by flight. Tee times begin with the opening of the Course, with foursome times assigned by the Block-Time Manager. Our ladies follow the Tashua Knolls Pace of Play Policy.
For NEW members:
If you have a current handicap, submit your handicap along with your GHIN number showing scores to the membership chairman. A USGA handicap of 26.7 maximum for nine holes is required for members with a GHIN number that has been active within last two years.
If you do not have a current handicap, you will need to submit six (6) nine-hole scorecards dated within the previous twelve (12) months and played on regulation courses (not par 3 or Executive) following the golf rules of the U.S.G.A.
