An event that will run from April 8, 2023 though October 1, 2023.
• Members are automatically entered into competition by entry into weekly Board Tournaments, Pay to Play events and Major Championships. No entry fee or extra sign-ups are required. • For weekly Board Tournaments and Pay to Play events, points will be awarded for the Knolls Cup equal to Pro Shop credits awarded for each event. See the chart below for details. • For Major events (One-Day Member/Member, Two-Day Member/Member, Two-Day Member/Guest) points will be awarded to the top five finishers in each division. See the chart below. • For the Club Championships and the Senior/Super Senior Club Championships points will be awarded for the top two finishers in each flight (Champion and Runner-up). See the chart below.
Scoring Chart: Board Tournaments and Pay to Play Events • Points equal to Pro Shop credit for the first five places in each division of Gross I, Gross II and Net. If fewer than five places are awarded in any division points will be awarded to the number of places that are awarded Pro Shop credits. Major Events • First Place – 30 points (per partner if team event) • Second Place – 25 points (per partner if team event) • Third Place – 25 points (per partner if team event) • Fourth Place – 20 points (per partner if team event) • Fifth Place – 20 points (per partner if team event) Club Championships • Champion – 30 points • Runner-up – 25 points
• Winner of the Knolls Cup (member who accumulates the most points) will be known as PLAYER OF THE YEAR and will be awarded $200 in Pro Shop Credit. • Runner-up in Knolls Cup points will be awarded $150 in Pro Shop Credit. • Third place in Knolls Cup points will be awarded $100 in Pro Shop Credit.
